Ask your lawyer to call CSC, that's the best advice that I can give you. Lawyers have a phone number at CSC that they can call.

Can you post your WAC# with atleast 5 digits. I am surprised you did not have 1st FP for the last 30 months. You need to contact your lawyer if you have one or make an enquiry yourself.
 
Until I faxed a level 1 inquiry in May 2004 nothing was happening with my case.
I received a fax reply that it was being sent to an IIO. After that I had several LUD's and finally received my 1st FP notice.

ND: Nov 2001
Fax Level 1 inquiry last week of May and received fax reply on 6/15
LUDs: 6/14/04,6/22/04,6/23/04,6/24/04, 7/7/04
Received 1st FP notice on 7/8/04 and scheduled for this week.
