When my I-140 was filed, there was a place to check what other forms are being concurrently submitted. I checked I-485.
However, due to the rush against time, I was not able to get my I-485 done.
However, as I already mentioned that I was submitting I-485 concurrently with I-140, can I go ahead and send it in now?
My I-140 (EB1-3) has been approved, but my country is under retrogression.
