Do any one know that 485 approval is pending because of status.
I mean H1 has expired after 13 months from I-485 receipt date. My company filed for H1 extension. Some how INS missed that extension and found lately and issued the receipt notice for the H1 extension.
Now RFE came on I-485, saying that waiting for extension approval.
Does any one have some idea how can we speed up?
