I-485 with comapny M&A got approved!

Hi all,

One of my friend who working for same company with me got approved his I-485.
He applied I-485 with old company\'s I-140 approval and all M&A documents.
His RD around middle of Nov. 2000 and he did FP end of Feb of 2001.

Actually my case is exactly same applied I-485 with old company\'s I-140 approval and all M&A documents, but I got RFE on 1/18/2001 and applied new
amended I-140 approval and regnized 2/6/2001 by INS and no news yet.
My RD 8/14/2000
ND 9/5/2000
RFE 1/18/2001
RFE received 2/6/2001
and no news...

That is INS the Great People with their own rules and thinking. This is usual with them you don\'t include all documents you get approval. you keep everything you get RE.

INS no sense of fairness. They process last in first out!! I\'ve been waiting since Dec. 1997 for my green card. :((

What\'s your all information like PD, RD, ND, FP etc..
As I wrote above, 2/6/2001 INS AVM updated(they received my RFE) then
no news yet.
