The processing times got updated yesterday, I see all the centers are still processing I-140s and I-485s(Which is what I expected) but california center is not updated dates for I-140,I-485s(Actually these forms are missing in their report).
Questions.
I thought only new I140s filed afte 4/1 will be filed in TSC. Correct?
All the applications from before 4/1 still needs to be processed in the respective centers.
Do all 485s ,after I-140(post 4/1 filed) get approved, still get filed in all 4 centers?
My I-485 is in TSC , I am just wondering if all the cases from california is transfered is their going to be a retrogression in TSC. (as of todays report looks like it is not the case.)
