I-485 holder

Hi, I am a dependent under my parents and I have a I-485. I came of age and I am 22 now, so I can no longer pursue green card under family basis, where the date had become current, but it was after I turned 21. I am a student now who will be attending law school. My parents are in the EB 3 category and the date our application was filed was in 2002. We are waiting for visa numbers to become current, but it has taken a long time. I went through all of college without financial aid, but I cannot afford a law school education without financial aid. Is there a way for me to get a green card any other way? My aunt is a U.S. citizen, is it possible for me to be adopted even if I am over 21? Would I be able to get my green card if the adoption took place and how long would it take?
