I am DV 2003 winner. Since I am in the USA I applied to adjust my status I 485. I got my work permit and fingerprints done in November. However still no news from Arlington VA INS - not scheduled for interview.
Questions:
1. How long does it normally takes?
2. Is there any priority for DV adjustment proessing?
3. What will happen after September 30, 2003 when my DV visa expires and I am still in adjustment process?
