I haven`t been posting updates pertaining my I-485 application,I have been having problems with my computer but I`m in a process of transiting to a better equipment.
Bcis sent me another RFE dated Aug/29 requesting for more evidence but i never received it. I mistyped my Allien number.
It was driving me crazy until i went to our Congress representative on Sep/23.
Today I received a letter in response to the congress stating;
The referenced asylee application was received by the service on Dec 28,1998.On June 24,2003 a request for evidence (RFE) letter was mailed to the applicant at the address of record. On August 19,2003,response to that request was received.
On August 29,2003,a request for additional was mailed to the applicant, to which the service has yet to receive a response.
It should be noted that the alien registration number being used in this application does not belong to the applicant. Demographic of the record indicate that it is impossible for the number being used to be assigned to him.
As soon as the request evidence is provided and the office is satisfied that the applicant is eligible for the benefit,a decision will be made and he will be apprised.
