I-485 update on 10/8/2004

Do any of you guys know what this means on my I 485.

Receipt Number: SRC04070*****

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On October 8, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.


I applied my I-140 during nov2003.I got my I-140 approved on April 8th 2004.
I applied my I-485 on Jan 12, 2004. I am going for my first FP in 2 weeks.

It is most probably your FP notice. Have you changed your address recently? If post office returns your notice to USCIS, they try to mail it to the new address and the status changes to " ... the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued ... "

Address Change, FP notice ...

It could mean couple of things, address changes, FP notice or RFE for medical records.


Most of my friends have this message when they got there FP.

I guess its FP notice because I changed my address and I didn't get my FP notice. But I got the same from the lawyer.
