I have one question on I-485.
When I fill out the I-485, I had mistake to check A instead of B in Part2 of my wife and kid. I should check part A and I did right but, my wife and child needed to check B but I did check in A also.
I filed on 7/2/07 and not get receipt yet and even bank is not cleared yet.
Is that cause of return their 485 or accept this?
Are there any on who had this typing error before, please share your processing please.
If this cause of return of my wife and child's 485, I want to re-file before 8/17/07.
If immigration office accept their previous 485 fortunately, what's happen if my wife and child re-send 485?
It will be redundant.
if so, the second re-filed 485 return?
Also, when I filing I-765 w/ 485, I had used expired form.
Is that tha cause of return?
I use separate check of 485,765,131.
Please help on this.
