Guys and Gals
A Question - There was a spike of about 10K to 15K (see data below) in monthly I-485 (total) receipts between May 2005 to October-2005 (after EB3 retrogressed last year). Since October Eb2 had also retrogressed and remains so for India/China.
But it seems USCIS is obtaining I-485 receipts at about 45K since then.
Does it mean that retrogression has REDUCED total I-485 receipts by 10K per month ? or is there some other interpretation
Regards
