Hi All
My friend's I-485 has been transferred to local office of Albany, NY
He received a letter yesterday from VSC stating that his case has been transferred to Albany, NY local office
His Background:
I sincerely don't know his ND/RD etc. His I-140 is approved.
He is covered under 245i section but did not apply for it (I mean he didn't pay $1000 and he didn't fill out schedule A)
He was once arrested for drunken driving and went to jail (I don't know other details)
Question:
He wants to know why he was transferred to local office?
when might he get an interview letter?
what documents are needed for interview?
Can they reject his application?
Please throw in ur valuable suggestions and advices
