I-485 transferred to CSC but not I-130

My parents I-485 is transferred to California Service Center, but the I-130 is still pending/processing at MSC. Is this normal? Do I for see some delays due to I-130 and I-485 being processed at different locations?
Appreciate your comments/experiences, has anyone in this forum been or in similar situation. If so when can I expect the approvals? Thanks in advance.
 
No, most of the I-130 filed now are being processed at CSC, CSC is some what fast in processing applications you should expect some kind of decison soon... gd luck l
