Per AVM, my case has been transferred from VSC to local INS office here at Arlington, VA. How many people are there like me.?
Who will receive the transfer notice.? Beneficiary or Lawyer.
Why they are transferring the case to local.? What is the reason.?

I am resident of Virginia but they transferred my case to Baltimore.
