Our I-485 applications were filed in March, 2002 at Vermont office (based on Future employment, we always live and work in Northern California), they are being transferred to San Francisco INS office (since most recently updated on Jan, 21st, 2004) for future interview setup.
I would like to hear advices or comments from you guys, does the interview setup process normally take this long? It has been 4 full months we haven't heard of any progress from San Francisco office.
Besides, we have redone our fingerprints since it expires every 15 months or so, besides, we have triple applied our EAD and advance parole, especially the EAD(I-765) was applied back in early Feb, still not indication of approval or whatsoever, I'm thinking about going to the district office directly these days to get it renewed, since which may expire soon .
