I 485 to CP Help Please

Hello friends,

Because of fammily Problems I applied for I 485 for CP approved I 140. Still can I apply for CP?
Do I need to get any documents back from INS?
What are the Doc\'s needs to send with Packet3?

Yes you can but you should not use EAD even if you receive it now !!

You can go for CP now but DO NOT use EAD. Talk to your lawyer and ask them to send the P3 to Cosulate/ St. Louis depening on what is mentioned in the P3.

Do I need to get any Docuements back from INS? Lawyer told me she will Do I 485 with drawel. Please provide me what are the supporting doc needed for Packet3.

Do i need to get any Doc\'s from INS, if I want to file CP. I 485 applied on FEB 28 th.
