Can anyone tell me who should file this form? I'm an international F1 student. But I just fail out of my status recently and still waiting for the approval of reinstatement. I read through some website and instruction of USCIS, they said that if a person fail out of status they need to file this form; but they also stated that if a person is married to a US citizen and is legally admitted into the US then they don't need to file this file. I don't know which case I am in. Anyone have advice for me? Thanks so much!!!!
