I-485 Supplement A

I am marrying a US Citizen and going to apply for AOS from my H1b. The thing is that even though I have an H1b and I have been working, I have not been getting paid a salary with a W2 and paystubs. Does that mean I have to submit Supplement A of form I-485? The form says that if I have accepted employment without authorization or have failed to keep lawful status, I need to submit it. Does my situation qualify?
And another section states that:
"If you are applying to adjust as the spouse or unmarried minor child of a U.S. citizen or the parent of a U.S. citizen child at least 21 years of age, and if you were inspected and lawfully admitted to the United States other than in C-1 or S nonimmigrant
status, you do not need to file this form."

I was lawfully admitted to the US and I am applying as a spouse of a US Citizen, so does that mean I don't need to file, even if I have not kept my legal status?

Thanks.

You don't need it! Neither do I, yay!!!

I was worried about that Supplement A form thing also, because of its high price, $1000.00! Jeez!!!

Thankfully, I found out through this website (thanks everybody!) and even a law firm's website that spouses of US Citizens are pardoned automatically so we don't need to pay this thousand dollar penalty :D

You don't need to fill out that form, and in my case I am planning to feed it through our shredder and smile happily!!!
