I-485 status change notification

Hi Folks,
Is there anyway to register myself in USCIS web site and get an e-mail notification when status on my case changes ?? I read some posts here about this, but I don't know how to do it. Please help me...

Go to USCIS website (WWW.USCIS.GOV), choose Case Status Online and follow the direction.
