I-485 Status after responding to query

Guys,

I got RFE on my I-485 2 months ago i.e requested us to submit spouse birth certificate and our marriage certificate.Last week we submitted all these required documents and i got an email today about my I-485 status like this...

"On June 13, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence
or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process
this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete,
the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in
this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

Does it really take longtime...?

I just want to share this news with you guys.Mine is concurrent EB2,Apr'04.But still I-140 is pending.

It doesn't take that long, most people receive a decision on their case within a couple of weeks of replying to an RFE. But since your I-140 is still pending, then you may have to wait for that first.
