I-485 Stamping Info

Hi,
I got approved on last Thursday, I just want to share my experience in Newark local office.
I(with my wife) went for stamping. we reach there 7:30, security guard just sending people inside, there they check bags and metal detector. Then they took finger prints and check 485 approval notice and attach the finger print paper along with token number they gave and we sat for 1/2 hr they call for our token number, there they take our
1.passport
2. I-94,
3. EAD
4. AP
5. photos
6. approval notice along finger print

they return our passports back and told us to wait till they call our number,
we sat for 1/2 hr finally they call and "CONGRATULATIONS" took passports for stamping and stamped.

very smooth process. all together 7:30 to 10 Am 2 1/2 hrs thats it.
But we didn't heard properly how long its going to take toget plastic cards?
is it 6 - 12 months or 6 - 12 weeks?

can any one clarify that?

priority date: 2001 Feb 15
i-485 receipt date : 2003 Feb 21
Approved Date : 2004 June 18th(as per online status) received on 24th june.

Congrats!!
It depends on time . Usually its abt 1 - 12 months.
But, never know. As for me, I got approved on Feb 2004 and stamped, but online status shows now the they recvd. my I-485 application on June 15 !!
No card yet.
 
IIO who stamped my PP @Newark told me that if I have not received the cards in 6months, call national service center and gave a sheet with phone numbers and web address.
