Hello, My wife and I are working for the same employer and applied for LC back in 2005 under EB3 RIR. We received our LC approval and applied for I-140. My wife got her I-140 first and applied for I-485 in July 2007. The company decided to add me as the dependent on my wife's application and stop mine at the I-140 level. We received our EAD and AP back in November 2007.
My questions are:
1. Can I (The dependent) work for any employer without problem or AC21? Can I renew my EAD every year until the GC?
2. Can my wife change employer?
3. What happens to me if there in any problem in my wife's I-485 ?
