I just wanted to let you know that my I-485 case (245i case) has been approved.

RD: Sept 15, 2001
ND: Nov 15, 2001
TD: Sept. 23, 2002 (transfer to Baltimore office)
ID: Nov 21, 2002
AD: Feb. 23, 2003

Congrats man. Are you saying that you were nto approved after your inteview? What did the officer who interviewed you tell you??? Just curious.

Hi Everyone,

Yes, I was not approved after my inteview. The interviewer asked me for employment letter, paystubs, and tax returns. That's all. I provided what she asked for. She was nice and couldn't stamp my passport since she found two A# numbers associating with my name on the computer. She requested my second A# file (student optional pratical training that was missing in my 485 whole file) from Vermont Service Center. She said that she would approve it as soon as she could get it. Now I received my 485 approval via the postal. Online status is not updated. Thanks to Rajiv and my congressman. I contacted my congressman since I was waiting too long for my approval.

My 485 case is 245(i) case. I was out of the status for 4 months (not really "out of the status"-- long story).
