Hello to everyone. I attended a change of status interview(based on marriage-my wife is the US citizen) in April 2004 and at the time of the interview the officer told us that my name check hadn't been cleared yet and she coldn't take a decision at that time. We went home and since then a year has passed and we didn't receive any answers until last month when we received an interview appointment letter for a second interview. Did anybody experience something similar? I was asked to bring the medical examination sealed letter. Can I use the one from the first interview or I should renew it?
