does anyone has insight on when and why RFEs may be generated for pending I-485?
will change of address trigger RFE? is there a trend who gets RFE or is it random? i really dont understand that why after I-140 approval do they feel need to check the ability of company to pay and ask for pay stubs....i guess they may have some reason...any insight will be helpful...
