Received RFE 2 I-140 Redo - (due to company change on Oct 4th)
Replied - Oct 11th with information.(did not enclose a check for I-140 Redo. According to my lawyer,it is not required.)
But INS returned my I-485 RFE2 package along with
I-140 application to my office (HR Dept) instead of lawyers office.
So my company resent this package along with a check on Oct17.
Now my lawyer saying that INS is going to treat my application
as Fresh I-140. Is it true?. So far no receipt or updated phone messages.
