I-485 Rfe?

Hi Everyone,

LUD got updated yesterday for both of us, I received an e-mail requesting for additional information/evidence in our case, anxiously wondering what it could be???? please post any pointers??? got 2FP done on 07/07/2004, 485 receipt dt - 10/02, currently on 2nd EAD.

Message:

On August 5, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.

As the mesage says "The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed." So you will have to wait till you get the notice to know what it is.

Meanwhile I can tell you that the most commen kinds of RFE's on I-485 are Employment Verification Letter, Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Affidavits of Birth and/or Marriage certificate, translation of certificates or clear copies of some of the submitted documents.
