My friend wanted to clarify this. Please clarify this. I also got RFE yesterday but not yet received the real copy of that... received just email..
It may be useful for so many members here.
"I applied for my AOS (I-485) almost 2 years back and now I got the Medical RFE.
Following are the details:
==================
In my medical test, performed as a requirement of I-485 Application requirement, I got positive skin test for TB and normal Chest X-Ray. Same was reported in my I-693 which was submitted along with the I-485 Application.
Now, I got RFE from NSC that evidence provided is not enough for TB test and they had also returned my I-693 in sealed envelop.
Please share your experience and thoughts on how to proceed with the same.
My doubts:
========
If the same I-693 need to be send with comments from the Doctor (INS Approved, who performed my Medical Test 2 years back) or
Do I need to get the new I-693 from the same Doctor?
Can I go to a different (INS Approved) Doctor or is it mandatory to go to the same Doctor?
And what other documents are required to resolve the RFE?
I assume the response from the doctor should be in the sealed envelop only and having my name and A# on it, what if doctor does not do that?
Thanks in advance for sharing your thoughts on this."
