I-485 Rfe Urgent Help Please

if you entered the country using AP. if she was a dependent on you then her status is always linked to you. basically you will need to furnish all the 1-94s she has been using and then mention (maybe a letter explaining) that she has been paroled in. Once you file 485 after approved 140 >- then one is on legal status until adjudication.
Check with the other people also or your lawyer.

Did she use AP to re-enter USA? If so, just send photcopies of stamped AP and entry stamps on passport.
If she never used AP to reenter USA, technically she is not in AP yet. In that case AP is irrelevent for this RFE. Send phtocopies of her last I-94 and visa stamp.
I feel people who enter country with AP they never get RFE asking for "current status". I guess BCIS has better tracking or status checking system for people who enter in AP/GC (and probably that was one of the reasons for not asking AP users for special registration). But this is just my guess though.

at the time of filing 485, you have to have unexpired I -94
after that you need not have to worry for your non immigrant visa status
pending 485 mean you are in status even if your i 94 is expired
