I-485 RFE Suggestion Please

Received an RFE on 01-03-2005 requesting for employment letter. I have changed my job on April 2004 and didnt applied for AC-21. My attorney told me that I have to file AC-21 and the employment letter with the RFE. I moved from Missouri to California.
When I changed jobs my attorney told that I can file AC-21 at anytime. But now I have to do because of the RFE.
Do the NCS transfer the case to California?
If not, how long it is going to take to process this case?
Please let me know if anyone has gone through this situation.
I appreciate your responses and suggestions.

ur case may not be transferred to CSC......

Ur attorney is right, u'll have to show AC-21 EVL in response to RFE.
