I-485 RFE response, strange case status update

Hi,

Anyone seen this kind of case status update:
"On December 21, 2004, we received your response to our request for
evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to
process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was
complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum
stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case"

I have recieved RFE on I-485 on Nov 22nd, response sent on Dec 17/04.

Please write your experience if you know this kind of update.

I guess thats the standard message everone gets once the rfe response is received. Would appreciate if u can post all your details including your RFE details.
