Who will get the RFE letter ?? Lawyer / Applicant or Both ???

I got an RFE on 12/13 . I was wondering if I submit the RFE before 12/31 , are there any chances to get approval ?

My PD is 02/2003 . :confused:
 
Most likey lawyer. Try and turn in the RFE response asap. Good chanced u will see your approval.

I got my 485 approved on the 3rd working day after USCIS received my response. So, try your best to get the RFE response in by that time.
