I-485 RFE. Please help??????

we received I-485 RFE asking about
1- medical
2- w2 OR 1099 for the year 2003
3- pay stubs for the last 2 month (july,august 2004)
4- employment letter

I dont have w2 for the year2003.I received only1099 for the year 2003.I worked only 4 months in the year 2003(sep. oct. nov. dec. 2003).Is it ok if i send 1099 instead of w2 ?

Why did you receive 1099 ? Didn't you work on W2 ? Just curious to know...
