I have two name mismatch problems in mine/spouse's RFE
1. reason and more evidence for name mismatch in passport/visa and 485 petition. (i followed the format firstname, middlename, last name expanding my initials and getting rid if some part , it was a long one, after coming to the US)
So what should i explain and what evidence should i give? My Social Security Card is in the firstname, middlename, last name format. Is that enough?
2. reason and evidence for Parent's first name mismatch in BC and 485 application
There is an initial in front of their names in my B.C. In India they put the initial whereever they want - sometimes before the name and sometimes after.
please tell me how can i explain this and what evidence should i give?
