I-485 RFE not received :(( Pls Helps!!!

I checked the website and its said they sent the RFE. Its already 3 weeks now and I haven't received it.

1) Know I can call them and ask for resend the RFE but how long it usually take for them to do that and when I would expected to received the RFE once the first called?

2) Any other steps we should do to get them ( RFE ) in the short period off time?

3) Has anyone just as same situation as mine and within how long time for you to received the RFE after all the called that you had done?

Your lawyer gets the RFE

If you have a lawyer he will get the RFE. Contact your lawyer's office.
 
No lawyer and it is direct to me. Just wanna to know the anwers posted at my first massage.

Anyone has done this kind of process of getting the RFE ( request to resend) ?

Hey,

Just like mine and same situation but luckily I have my lawyer to taking care of it. Guess I just need to wait and see from them. Hope yours will get it soon.

Call them

Calling them will give you the best and most accurate information in the case if you dont have a lawyer.

You know that already but I'd just call them.
