Hey Guys,
        Here\'s my situation

    EB3: India
    PD: 09/97
    ND: 08/99
    FP: 08/00
    Company spinoff in October 2000
    Received RFE for W2 and Pay Stub on Jan 23: Replied RFE in April Second Week
    Applied Amended I-140 in parallel for new company
    Second identical RFE on May 15: Replied with same Reply on May 20
    AVM updated May 30
    Third RFE saying that my application will be on hold pending issuance of AC 21 Regulation

    Is anybody in similar situation?

got an RFE for amended I-140 on April 7.

sent out reply on April 25.

sent out amended I-140 application first week of May.

485 AVM got updated on June 20 to say they have received my response to RFE
