I got my I-140 approved on Mar 17, but I-485 got the RFE the same day. I sent the new I-693, which is the same as before, on Mar 29, and today, I got the email saying that:
On April 5, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 270 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
I don't know why I got the RFE since the doctor check everything OK the first time, except the two shots of "Pneumoccal" and "Influenza" which the doctor said is not in the season to do that. He also check "vaccine history complete for each vaccine, all requirments met". Please advise.
Now, my concern is, is the I-693 OK? Also, how long will it take before I can get approved?
