Filed I485 on 5/11/2001. FP done on 11/9/01.
RFE originally 4/3/02 lost due to Attorney's address change. Received the resent RFE on 5/20/02 and submitted response on 6/5/02. RFE was for Employment verification, tax copies and birth registration non availability certificate. Provided all the information. AVM changed to "Received ur response ...on 6/11/02", it did not change since.
Called IIO several times, each time different story...
"another rfe issued check your mail box"
"its with supervisor" Nothing came in mail neither to me nor to the attorney.
Whats happening? Can anybody tell what I am supposed to do?
