I just got e-mail and status update on my I-485 application today 4/13/05 which I believe is an RFE. The message says:
On April 13, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.
However, my I-140 is still pending and showing no LUD's. Anybody or anybody you know is in the same situation? I always thought USCIS would look into I-140 before they do actions on I-485 (other than FP and name check).
I will update you all what's the RFE all about once I receive the notice. In the meantime, I will just chill out....
