In order to prove that marriage is 'bona fine', is sufficient if I send them 3 evidences:
copy of my 3 year old birth ceritificate,
copy of my recent condo purchased by myself and wife
and
copy of recent bank account showing both of our names ?
Also, I have no idea what discrepancy in address they are talking about. I am just going to write a letter saying that since I came to the US in 1999, my wife and I have been living at the same address.
You must submit a properly completed Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet for yourself. Your original signature is required on the Form G-325A. Photocopied signatures are not acceptable. Blank immigration forms and information are available online from the official Service website: www.uscis.gov. You may also order immigration forms by phone at 1-800-870-3676.
Service records indicate you live at a different address than your spouse the principal applicant, Mr. Bean. Explain in detail this discrepancy. Submit evidence to demonstrate that your present mathage to Mr. Bean is bona fide. This evidence may be in the form of birth certificates for common children, documentary evidence of joint residence and/or ownership of property, joint income tax returns, joint financial accounts, spousal insurance coverage and other such documentation. If you fail to submit any evidence or if you submit insufficient evidence, your application may be considered for denial.
