I-485 RFE, help needed

According to the RFE, copies of both sides of all I-94 forms are requested. In my case, I only have a copy of the front side for my first I-94. The original form was turned in when I left the US. It seems to me there was nothing on the reverse side, except for some instructions. Is it OK if I only provide a copy of the front side of the I-94? I greatly appreciate your suggestions and help.

are u sure they want all copies of 1-94. Most likely its the mmost current 1-94 they are looking for. With every petition like 140,AP,EAD etc u may have attached your 1-94 copy. Try and get hold of them. If your attorney handled it for u i am sure they will mainatin copies. I guess all entry exit copies in your passport along with all H1b approval copies should provide the necessary info if legal status is what they are trying to determine.

Tanjar, thanks so much for your suggestions.
According to the RFE, "submit documentary evidence of all nonimmigrant status granted to you since your lawful admission to the U.S. ... Copies of both sides of your Form I-94 Arrival/Entry Document; ..." My first I-94 was turned in before my I-140 application. Also, I never made any copy of the reverse side of it.

i guess thay want all your H1 approval notices, photocopy all entry stamps in your passport and submit your latest 1-94 card front and back. Submit ithe corresponding docs for spouse too.

Cheers

The back side of I-94 has a column for record of changes and they would prefer to see if any changes have been made by USCIS. In your case the record of changes could be blank but may not be the same for others (for me I got my I94 extended in 1999 at local office because of mistake done by immigration officer at port of entry. The change was made at the back side of I-94)

As requested submit copies of all I94s of both front and back side. You are not going to loose anything anyways.
