I-485 RFE, got laid off

I have an I-485 RFE asking for tax return, W2 and employment letter.

Here is my situation. My I-485 ND is Nov 2003. My I-140 was approved Jul 2004. I was laid off Jan 2005. I have already got new offer letters in hand.

Question: If I respond the RFE using one of the offer letters I received, can I go to a different employer later on? In other words, I am in the final stage of job searching, and have not figured out which job I want to take. Even though I have offers right now, I still have a couple of interviews to go. Meanwhile, I don't want to delay the green card process.

new employer offer letter

How about providing the new employer offer letter??? you can change employers once you stayed for a reasonable period of time.

You can use AC-21 and send offer letter and Employment verification letter from your new employer. Post your message in the AC-21 forum. There is a lot of good information in the AC-21 forum.
