Did anybody receive an RFE for sending in new pictures? We did on December 6, and I suspect our laywer forgot to send them in in the first place. He, however claims that rules for acceptable pictures changed since we filed I-485 in January 2004, and that this is the reason for the RFE. My understanding is that the rules indeed changed in September 2004, but that applications filed prior are not affected. Any insights? - Thanks!
