Hi,

My I-140 ND is 1/19/2004 and my I-485 ND is 06/08/2004. I got RFEs on both 140 and 485 at the same time. I haven't gotten the RFEs yet. I am just curious have anyone got RFEs for I-485 within 3 months?

Is this a sign of VSC doing concurrent adjudication on my case? My lawyer is suprised as well.
