I-485 - RFE - 140 Amendment - Lastest Update

RFE I-140 Submitted on Oct 16th, and returned because of missing check; resubmitted on Oct 24th.
Updated Status:
I checked my status using I-140 Amendment Notice # (missing check notice dated Oct 17)through Automatic Voice message yesterday.

I did check this number last week, AVM says "no further information"

But yesterday (11/08/2000)
The Automated Voice Message (AVM) at VSC Says "I-485 - case takes
anywhere between 365 to 495 days".

Also my original I-485 case # status still saya "RFE sent on Sep 29".

Really confusing?. Any help...
