I-485 related issue URGENT!!!

Hello Everyone,

My company merged after getting I-140 from company A. I didn't file for I-140amendment and sent I-145 to INS on 3rd july as didn't have enough time to file amendament. In this case, do they accept my application or reject it Or send me back.

Please let me know if anyone has come accross with this kind of situation.
