I 485 Regressing ?

I read at Shusterman web site that EB3 priority dates are going to regress to 2002 in Jan 2005

Any idea what will happen to already filed concurrent applications? My I140/485 was filed concurrently in June 04

Your I-485 processing will be put on hold till your priority date(that is the date your labor was filed) becomes current. But you will still be eligible to file for EAD and AP if you have already filed your I140 and I1485 concurrently.

Does this mean that even I140 will not be processed since it is a concurrent filing and USCIS will process I140 and I 485 together for concurrent filers?

My labor was filed in 2001 and approved in 2004. If this is the priority date, based on your above reply, my 485 will not be on hold I guess

You're probably in good shape since your labor was filed in 2001, so you don't have to worry about it.. Your applicaiton will be processed concurrently.

right now state department has stated that it is only for EB3 applicants from India, China, phillipines
