Hello All,

Does any one know if a REF: for I-485 will delay my EAD.

I got a letter from the USCIS stating that they need a copy of my Sponsor's Citizen ship. Will the affect my I-765??
 
I couldn't find it.

I wouldn't ask this question if it was answered before.

I went to the infopass, and they didn't do anything TO EXPEDITE my EAD. She said nothing we can do if it has been less than 90 days since you files you I765.

I called UCISC and they said: send us a letter stating the reson.

I will give it a shot.
