I-485 Reciept number says invalid

My wife's I-485 reciept number says invalid now.It was working last week. we applied I-485 together in 2004.
Do you think they might have done to the system or deleted the file.

Any body in similar situation.

Hello Friend,

I am in the same boat, my I485 ND date 10/12/2004, it worked last week, suddenly not working and saying invalid or doesnt exists in the attoumated system. While I am trying to add my case list, bad luck its not adding.

It might be system issue or dont know anything about that.

So what should we do? do we need to call customer service or wait? what are our options.

Any body share ideas thoughts?
