I-485 reciept from VSC

I do not know the answer hope I-485 Gurus can shed some light.

1 My friend sent the I-485 to VSC through Lawyer on 5 August and it was recieved by VSC on 6th August 11 AM according to FEDEX Tracking # he is worried because still INS has not collected the INS fees

my friend has questions:
A. he checked his bank account today(19 August) and INS has not cleared the checks of Fees till date

B. my friend filed I-485 through Lawyer along with AP, EAD for self and Spouse and mailed diffrent checks for both

C. will he recieve the Reciept notice direct to his address or through the Lawyer.

D. how many days VSC takes for sending Reciept Notice?
will his Spouse get diffrent reciept or only the Main applicant.

E. how many days normaly VSC takes to send Reciept, EAD, AP

F. will he get diffrent reciepts for EAD, I-485,and AP
G. what is Reciept Notice and what is Notice date, what is the meaning of these terms.

I think thats more of analysis paralisis,,, cashing the check really does not tell you if they have started the process or not.

VSC sends you a Notice Date in a Week, most of the time, if not within 3-4 days

You receive Receipt Notice for each action--applications. Receive date is when VSC receives it and ND is when they sent you the response based on your application filed.

If you filed the application yourself without a G28 then the notice will be sent to you but the EAD/AP will be sent to you directly.
